I had the same question as Betty — sweet or dill pickle juice?

I just used the juice from the jar of pimentos. I never should have bought a container of pimento spread from the deli, now I have to make it for him on a regular basis!!

So I just made it, it’s in the fridge. Haven’t actually got to try it yet, but I love the simple ingredients. And I love the commentary before the recipe. I also have a similar outview on deviled eggs. Make it simple stop complicating things. I did sneak a bite or 2 as I was mixing it. It was so good, but it does need extra. Mayo for the creaminess. I stuck with the salt and pepper. I wanna see what happens after the flavors marinate in the fridge. Try no some recipes need sitting time. I have several that way. So let’s wait and see what happens

I spice up the recipe using 1/4 t. cayenne pepper and 1 T of nacho jalapeño juice. My grandson loves it.

I used creamy goat cheese, juice from a jar of capers, and the suggested 1/4 tsp of garlic powder and onion powder. Wow, the slightly savory flavor was delicious.
